Our entire focus is on solving and preventing roofing problems and finding ways to avoid catastrophes. After a humble beginning in the summer of 1989, Southwest Roofing Consultants, Inc. has become one of the largest independent roofing consulting firms in Arizona. Now fully staffed in all departments, we provide a comprehensive array of roof consulting services, including initial inspections and evaluations, design and specifications, quality assurance monitoring, insurance claims and cleaning and maintenance, just to name a few. SERVICES
Inspections
Our Phase I roof inspections and evaluations are a critical first step toward instituting a meaningful and effective roof management program. Applicable to commercial or residential roofing systems, the formal inspection report is very detailed, objective and project specific.
Consulting
Phase II includes roof design and specifications for roofing systems requiring replacement or major repairs. Finding the perfect roofer for your project without direct experience can be a daunting task that you don't have to do alone. Our experts have vast experience and give expert, objective advice.
Quality Assurance
The final step, Phase III, may be the most important part of the program. Our expert inspectors will guarantee the project stays on track and all the terms and conditions of the agreement are met. We have very high standards and we work for you, not the contractor.
Cleaning
All roofing systems tend to collect dirt and debris, leaves and other various unwanted items. Cleaning is required on a periodic basis to cure this problem. A regular cleaning schedule extends the serviceable life of the roofing product and creates an opportunity to spot minor issues that may one day fester into bigger problems.
Maintenance
While inspecting a roof, our field personnel are instructed to make note of any repairs needed to ensure a successful cleaning and to help avoid future leaks. Re-sealing around roof pentrations, such as air vents, vent pipes, skylights and mechanical systems is quite common and very necessary on all roof systems, no matter what the age.
Life Expectancy
We are the experts at evaluating roofing systems and making recommendations when there's a need. We're also big fans of avoiding or postponing the need to replace a roof by making sure our clients have a plan for regular maintenance, cleaning and repairs. The programs we recommend will definitely extend the serviceable life expectancy of your roof.
